Thittam was founded in 2014 by Tharma Pallavan, a civil engineer with over 20 years of experience across the residential, commercial, and civil engineering sectors.
After earning his degree in Civil Engineering from a leading university in Germany, Tharma moved to the UK, where he gained extensive industry experience working on major infrastructure and construction projects with companies such as Balfour Beatty, Vinci, and BAM Nuttall. This experience provided a strong foundation in both practical construction knowledge and professional engineering standards.
As a proud member of the Institution of Civil Engineers (ICE), Tharma has built his career on a commitment to quality, reliability, and best engineering practices.
