How It Works

1. Initial Phone Consultation

We begin with a free, no-obligation phone consultation to discuss your project ideas and requirements. This allows us to understand your needs and advise on the best approach for your project.

You can book your consultation easily using the 'GET IN TOUCH' form on the Home Page or contacting us via telephone.

We also offer Home (Site) Consultations for a nominal fee of £150, which covers our time and preparation for an initial visit. This meeting is also completely without obligation and gives us the opportunity to discuss your project in more detail at your property.

If you decide to proceed, we will arrange a full measured survey of your home. This survey provides all the necessary dimensions and information required to move to the next stage, ensuring accuracy and high-quality drawings for your project.

2. Design Meeting

Once we have gathered all the necessary measurements and information, we will arrange a design meeting at a time convenient for you.

During this meeting, we will discuss your ideas and requirements in detail and work with you to develop the architectural design for your project. This collaborative approach allows you to share your preferences and ensures the design reflects your vision while meeting practical and technical requirements.

The design meeting helps us refine the layout and agree on the best solution before moving forward to the drawing stage.

3. Relax While We Prepare Your Drawings

Once the design has been agreed, you can relax while our experienced designers get to work preparing your planning drawings.

We aim to complete your planning drawings within 14 days, although this can often be done sooner depending on the size and complexity of your project.

Our focus is on delivering clear, accurate, and high-quality drawings that meet planning requirements and help move your project forward smoothly.

4. Drawings & Submission

Once your drawings are completed, we will email you a PDF copy of the final drawings for your records and approval.

We will then submit your planning application to your local authority on your behalf, making the process simple and stress-free.

If any amendments or minor corrections are required, these will be carried out free of charge as part of our service.

We are always happy to help, and you are welcome to contact us at any time if you have any questions throughout the process.
